§ 01

What this policy covers

This policy covers anillion.com, the Anillion web portal and apps, and the setup and support work we do for you. Anillion sells only to businesses, so the people whose data we handle are mostly the staff of our business customers and the recipients of their shipments.

§ 02

What we collect

• +Account details: your business name, and the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the people we work with.
• +Shipping details: sender and recipient names, addresses and phone numbers, package weight, dimensions and contents descriptions, and tracking information.
• +Inventory and order data you add or sync: products, stock levels, locations, purchase orders and orders, including your customers’ names and delivery addresses.
• +Messages: emails and texts you send us, and requests you make through our apps.
• +Billing records: what we charged you and when. Stripe handles your card details, and we don’t store card numbers.
• +Technical data: our hosting providers log standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, when you visit the site or use the portal.

How we use it

• +To create shipping labels and send the shipment details carriers need.
• +To run the warehouse and inventory software for you.
• +To set up your account, connect your tools and support you.
• +To bill you and keep accounting and tax records.
• +To answer your emails and texts.
• +To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

§ 04

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run Anillion, and only what each one needs:

• +Stripe, which processes payments.
• +Shipping label providers and carriers, which receive the shipment details needed to create and deliver labels.
• +Hosting and database providers, which store and serve our website, portal and apps.
• +Email and messaging providers, which carry our messages to you.
• +The store and other tools you ask us to connect, which exchange the data you choose to sync.

We also disclose data when the law requires it.

§ 05

Your customers’ data

When you give us your customers’ names and addresses to ship orders, we use that data only to provide our service to you. You’re responsible for having the right to share it with us.

§ 06

Payments

Stripe processes every payment to Anillion. Stripe collects and stores your card details under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Anillion doesn’t store card numbers.

§ 07

Cookies and analytics

anillion.com doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The Anillion portal uses only the cookies or browser storage it needs to keep you signed in.

§ 08

How long we keep it

We keep account, shipping, inventory and order data while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete it when you ask. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Carriers and label providers keep shipment records under their own policies.

§ 09

Security

We serve the site and portal over HTTPS, and we limit access to your data to the people who need it to serve you. Stripe handles card data, and we don’t store card numbers.

§ 10

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@anillion.com. We reply within 1–3 business days. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and its effective date.
