N° 102 — Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

Shipping & delivery.

How you receive what you buy from Anillion, and the rules that apply to every package you send with an Anillion label.

§ 01

How we deliver what you buy

We don’t ship anything to you. Everything Anillion sells reaches you online.

  • +Shipping labels: you get each label as soon as you buy it, ready to print.
  • +Software: we deliver the warehouse and inventory software as online access. We set up your account with you, then you use it through our web portal and apps.
  • +Setup and other services: we schedule the work with you once we agree the price, and deliver it online.

§ 02

Carriers and destinations

You can buy labels for domestic and international shipments with major carriers. Anillion isn’t a carrier. The carrier you choose picks up, moves and delivers your package, and sets its own delivery times. Delivery dates a carrier shows are estimates.

§ 03

What you can’t ship

  • +Hazardous materials or dangerous goods of any kind. That includes explosives, flammable liquids and gases, compressed gases, corrosives, poisons, and anything else a carrier or the law classes as hazardous.
  • +Anything the carrier prohibits or restricts. Each carrier publishes its own list, and its rules apply to every label you buy.
  • +Anything that’s illegal to send, or illegal to receive at the destination.

§ 04

What you’re responsible for

  • +What’s inside every package, and making sure you’re allowed to ship it.
  • +Correct sender and recipient addresses.
  • +Accurate package weight and dimensions. Carriers re-measure packages and adjust the charge when the details don’t match, and we bill those adjustments to you.
  • +Packing each item well enough to meet the carrier’s packaging rules.

§ 05

International shipments

  • +Fill in customs forms accurately. Describe the contents, declare their true value and state where the goods were made.
  • +Customs in the destination country may charge duties, taxes or fees. Check who pays them before you ship.
  • +US export controls and sanctions restrict some goods, destinations and recipients. You’re responsible for following them.
  • +Countries restrict or ban some items. Check the destination’s rules before you ship.

§ 06

Lost, damaged or late packages

Claims for lost, damaged or late packages go to the carrier. Anillion doesn’t offer shipping insurance or handle carrier claims. For label voids and credits, see Refunds & cancellation.
